We run beginner, intermediate and advanced pole classes throughout the week.
With nine X-POLES at heights up to 4.1m, we are able to teach a wide range of tricks, combinations on both static and spin pole.
These are membership only classes as students attend set days and times.

We offer regular Aerial hoop classes throughout the week. With a wide range of aerial hoops, with multiple sizes to suit everyone’s height, we are able to teach precise technique of aerial hoop including tricks, combinations.

We also offer pay as you go classes for Pole Conditioning, Stretch & Flexibility. Classes are available to book online.
These classes are designed to help increase strength, flexibility and general range of movement to help you in your aerial journey as well as in day to day life.
Plus, you’ll get a great fitness workout and expect to burn calories too!
You don’t have to be a member.
Price: £13 per class
Workshops are 90 minute classes where you will learn to perform a choreographed routine to a specific song.
These could be Contemporary Pole Dance, Heel Techniques, Floor-Work and Dance Workshops.

Price: £20 per workshop
We offer private lessons for one or more people. You can select the instructor, day and time of your choice. These are usually one-off lessons but we have students doing regular private lessons on the same day each week.
Private lessons enable you to have a one hour focus on whatever you would like to work on. This includes, pole, hoop, competitions, flexibility, strength, dance etc.
